Whistleblowing reporting channel
This reporting channel is a tool supplied according to the whistleblowing directive with which our staff, clients, suppliers, and other partners and shareholders can report on unethical practices or suspicions of misconduct. The suspicions can include e.g. misuse of position or resources, bribery, fraudulent or illegal actions, and/or other questionable activities. Our aim is to receive information and correct possible misconducts and support the openness, reliability, and accountability of our operations.
We process the reports confidentially. The report can be made anonymously.
To submit a report, please proceed to the front page of our reporting channel here and follow the instructions on the page.
You may leave your contact information when submitting a report. If you do not submit a report with your e-mail, make sure to return to the service in approximately 10 days to check for potential additional information requests.
To check on your report you need an identifier that you received after submitting your report. When the report is fully processed, and the information is no longer needed for investigation, all identifiable personal information related to the report will be deleted.
We ask you to note that the reporting channel is not suitable for product complaints or claims or customer feedback which are to be sent to our customer service (team@martinexshop.com).
