This online store is owned and operated by Oy Martinex Ab. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Martinex.

We reserve the right to make changes to our webshop and these Terms of Use at any time by posting on this website, without any other notice. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Ordering Products

Ordering is possible 24 hours per day.
Order confirmation will be sent by e-mail once an order is successfully placed. Please make sure the email address you provide is correct and your mailbox is in proper working order. If you find the order details incorrect, please contact us by e-mail immediately by replying to the order confirmation email.

If you so wish, we are able to deliver gifts directly to the recipient. At check out, please unbox “Ship to this address” and you will be able to add recipients contact information.

Unfortunately we do not take telephone orders.


All displayed prices include or do not include VAT according to the destination country. We reserve the right to change the prices without prior notice. 

Prices are shown in euros (EUR). 

Terms of Delivery

Delivery Countries

NB. As some transport connections are closed due to the coronavirus, we have temporarily reduced the number of countries we deliver to. We will continue deliveries to these countries (such as Australia, Peru, Saudi-Arabia and Turkey) as soon as possible.

Delivery Times

If the products that you order are in stock, the estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days in Europe and 3-10 business days in rest of the world. We reserve the right to cancel a transaction if the item you have ordered is not available.

Delivery Methods

We ship using the services of GLSPosti (Finnish National Post Service) and  DHL. Posti's partner couriers and/or carriers may vary in different countries. We mainly use GLS within Europe, Posti to the Åland Islands, and DHL for rest of the world.
GLS delivers orders to customers home address.

Delivery Costs

Within Europe 6,90 € by GLS (2-5 business days) or 12,90 € by DHL (1-3 business days)
Rest of the world 16,90 €

For deliveries over 150 € within Europe using GLS, the shipping is free of charge.

The delivery costs are visible in the webshops check out as price and costs together.

Lost or Undelivered Items and Transport Damages

You are able to track your order via the link in e-mail from Unifaun. If a parcel does not arrive at all please contact team@martinexshop for further information.

Despite the careful packing, sometimes there might happen damage during the transport. If the product is damaged during transportation, please send us an image of the package and the damaged product by e-mail to team@martinexshop.com.

Returns and Exchanges

We would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. We offer you 30 days to return or exchange your item.

In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty or damaged please contact us to arrange a partial/full refund. 

Please note that an item will only be accepted for a refund or an exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached
  • The item is returned within 30 days of the receipt date.

The customer covers the cost of postage when returning items from outside of Finland. The customer may choose the form of delivery themselves.

Payment Methods

We accept payments through credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron). Orders will be dispatched once payment confirmation has been received.

The credit card payment service is offered by Paytrail (Paytrail Oyj, company registration number 2122839-7) in co-operation with banks and credit institutions. You as a consumer are not required to register or pay extra costs for using the payment service. Paytrail Oyj is an authorized payment institution supervised by the Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA). All data transfer and money transactions are SSL secured meaning that no external party can see your personal information. Paytrail Oyj will show as the recipient of the payment. Please note that Paytrail will send an e-mail confirmation after the payment is registered - but the confirmation is written in Finnish.

Vat, Taxes and Duties

Our store is based in Finland. If you are ordering within the EU, the order total includes taxes according to the destination country. If you are ordering outside the EU or the destination is the Åland Islands, please note that the order total does not include duties, taxes and other fees as these are to be paid by the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
