Summer makes the Moominvalley blossom! The Moomins are enjoying summer and its various activities – they are spending time at the beach, frolicking in the meadows, and taking a little trip abroad, too! What could be better than sunbathing under a palm tree, listening to the waves!

The Moomin Summer collection 2024 is filled with colours, joy, and love. It takes inspiration from florals and aquatic life. Our designer has created lovely, summery prints that come to life in our comfortable and meticulously detailed designs. 

The colours in the collection are soft and very vivid – no matter your favourite colour, we have something for everyone! We still love wearing matching clothing, too – you can get matching clothes for adorable twinning moments, for babies in sizes 56 to 86 cm, and for larger children, in sizes 92 to 121 and in 128 cm, in selected designs. Perfection!

We have put new, fun twists to staple pieces, from super soft pyjamas to comfortable t-shirts, college shirts, and college trousers. 

For those fun days at the beach, we have swimwear and swim shirts in adorable prints. Our new release for the summer is slippers made from swimsuit material. Psst! These lovelies can be washed in the laundry machine, too! So handy!

According to our designer: ”The Moomin Summer collection is colourful and happy. Moomins are enjoying their summer, too! The collection is inspired by summer flowers in full bloom, life at the beach, and beautiful sunsets. The colour palette has lovely shades of turquoise, green and blue, and warm shades of yellow, pink, and red.”

Have an adorable, soft, and warm summer ❤

Snorkmaiden and Little My are dancing with energy. Are they celebrating the arrival of summer, or just enjoying the moment together? Whatever the reason, they are having so much fun. Dancing is the best!

Our pink Dancers print is inspired by summer parties: when you are surrounded by florals and decorations, and all you want to do is dance! The adorable print is available for babies in a short-sleeved bodysuit, a long-sleeved pyjama, a short-sleeved playsuit, trousers, and a set with shorts and a t-shirt. For accessories, we have a lovely scarf and a hat. For larger children, we have our beloved, short-sleeved tulle dress, a summer hat, and an oversized t-shirt.

Moominvalley residents are enjoying the blooming flowers of summer. Snorkmaiden is adorning herself with them, as Little My is enjoying the view. Moomintroll has picked up a flower bouquet for Snorkmaiden. Is he writing poetry, or written a letter? Oh, flowers make our hearts sing!

Our floral Summerly print is super adorable, and available in vivid red and delicate natural white, with pastel details.

According to our designer: “This summery print is inspired by the florals of summer. It reflects the short period in summer, when flowers bloom, and we can enjoy their scent and beauty, just like Moomins. The white colour behind the print makes it very delicate and soft.”

For babies, we have a long-sleeved bodysuit, a short-sleeved pyjama, a bodysuit dress, and scarf in the red Summerly print. In white, we have a long-sleeved bodysuit, a pyjama, a playsuit with ruffles, and adorable sleeveless dress. We also have this delicate print in a babies’ scarf, and a sun hat.

For children, we have an adorable dress and an A line tunic in the red Summerly print. In white, we have a new design: wide-legged culottes trousers, with an elastic, frilly waistline. We also have our staple pieces for children: An adorable t-shirt with ruffles, a frilly dress, biker shorts and a wide-brimmed sun hat. Adorable, aren’t they?

“Visiting the beach is a huge part of summer! The Beach print depicts a lovely summer’s day, enjoying time together in the seaside. Enjoying the warmth while collecting seashells, enjoying a picnic lunch, and taking a nap under a sun shade”, our designer says of these summery prints .

The yellow and warm Beach print is super charming for young and older Moomin fans! For babies, we have a long-sleeved bodysuit and a pyjama, our beloved bodysuit dress, and a scarf. For larger children, we have a frilly dress, an oversized t-shirt, and an adorable, frilly skirts.

How lovely, it is a sunny summer’s day, and the Moomin characters are off to the beach! They are enjoying the warmth, spending time together, and eating snacks. They are taking some time off and gathering seashells, too. Are they going to swim, too?

Moomins know it, too – there is no summer without a holiday! In the aquatic Holiday print, the Moomins are off on vacation! Our designer was inspired by the joys of holidays, of swimming, warmth, adventuring, and spending time with loved ones.

The Holiday print is available in a long-sleeved bodysuit, a short-sleeved pyjama, a scarf, and a playsuit. For larger children, we have a t-shirt, shorts, and a hat available in this print.

Moomin characters are off on a beach holiday! They are enjoying swimming, reading, and relaxing. They are rowing a boat and spending time together. Who will swim the farthest, and will Moominpappa finish his newspaper, or is he going to fall asleep in his hammock? How relaxing and fun!

Our designer’s thoughts on the Wildflower print: “For me, a daisy is the flower that encapsulates summer. The Wildflower print was inspired by the meadows filled with daisies as far as the eye can see, of dragonflies flying, of warmth, and the sun. When I’m sitting in the field, making flower crowns, I can feel summer.”

The mint green Wildflower print features Moominmamma, Moomintroll, Snorkmaiden, and Little My enjoying a summer day, surrounded by flowers. For babies, we have a long-sleeved bodysuit and a pyjama, a short-sleeved dress, and a playsuit with frills. For accessories, we have a scarf and a summer hat. We also have an adorable t-shirt and leggings with a large print on them.

For larger children, we have a new arrival: a sleeveless overall with frills and capri-length legs. The fun romper is very comfortable, and super adorable! We also have a comfortable oversized t-shirt and a sleeveless, frilly dress.

Oh, look at all these daisies! Moomintroll, Little My, Snorkmaiden, and Moominmamma are enjoying a summery day. They are hugging each other, making flower crowns, and enjoying the moment, while dragonflies are flying by.  Summer is the best!

Our mint green Palm print features Stinky, relaxing under a palm tree. He is enjoying his summer! The fun print is available in a babies’ long-sleeved bodysuit, a short-sleeved pyjama, a scarf, a swimsuit, and non-slip slippers. For larger children, we have the Palm print available in a t-shirt, shorts, and college trousers. In swimsuits, we have a swim shirt, shorts, trousers, a cap, and a non-slip slippers.

Stinky is on vacation mode! He is relaxing under a palm tree, having enjoyed a fish dinner. He is just enjoying the moment. Summer and palm trees are a great pairing, he thinks!

“The Waves print is super playful in shades of blue, and it is inspired by the many adventures of the Moomin family. It is a print that provokes thought – where are they going? How did the Hattifattener end up in the sea – and what is Moomintroll doing?” our designer describes.

The aquatic Waves print is available for babies in a long-sleeved bodysuit and a pyjama, a short-sleeved playsuit, and a scarf. For larger children, we have a t-shirt available in this lovely print.

Moomintroll and Too-Ticky are on a raft, swaying along with the waves. Are they on an adventure, or where are they going? Sun is shining, and a dolphin can be seen playing in the waves. We can see Little My on a box, swaying along the waves – but look, Hattifatteners are at sea, too!

We are proud to present our wide selection of babies’ and children’s swimwear for this summer! We have babies’ swimwear with good coverage and zippers. We also have swimhats with coverage for eyes, face, and neck. For larger children, we have traditional swimsuits with spaghetti straps, swimshirts and a long-sleeved swimshirt, and different swim shorts and trousers.

Our non-slip slippers are a great fit for our collection – they can be washed in the laundry machine, too! They can be worn to the beach or for indoor activities. Super handy!

Our swimwear features the pink Riverside print and the blue Archipelago print, with Moomins enjoying a moment at the seaside. The orange Seashells print features Little My, and the Palm print features Stinky.

We could not choose our favourite, as they are all so cute – can you?

Which Moomin character are you? We have designed these fun, white character t-shirts, featuring Little My, Moomintroll, Snufkin, Stinky, Snorkmaiden, and Sniff. These shirts are available for the whole family, from baby sizes 86/92, to adult sizes 3XL. Perfection!

Our adult’s Moomin Summer collection is filled with vivid colours and joy. We have lovely, new designs: The Pulmu dress with frills, Sohvi skirt, and culottes trousers with wide legs. 

We also have our beloved Hilda tunic and Tea dress, as well as comfortable t-shirts, classic college shirts and hoodies. For men, our new arrival this season is a pair of swim shorts, made from recycled polyester. How great!

Our beloved, staple designs have new colours: Our Juice Party and Dream print are available in bright pink, and a light-yellow version of Dream, as well. Our t-shirts and colleges are available in orange, purple, grey, light green, and light blue.
