The non-stick finish ensures the integrity of the baked goods. Oil or breadcrumb the bottom before using it. We recommend using baking paper on the bottom, as the removable bottom is not sealed. Do not put the cake tin into a grill or microwave. Do not handle with sharp utensils. Heat resistance 220°C´. Handwash recommended to ensure integrity of coating.
