Hattifatteners are white, almost harmless creatures that mostly resemble mushroom stems. Hattifatteners live in Moominvalley, in the wonderful fantasy world created by Tove Jansson. The Moomins know little about the Hattifatteners. What they do know is that Hattifatteners travel in groups and that during thunderstorms, their presence feels like an electrical charge in the air. Even though the print depicts the Hattifatteners in detail, their large eyes let nothing on about their emotions or thoughts. No focus, but bundles of presence!
